I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday a few days ago, and they did an incredible job. The arrangement was stunningly beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I hoped for. She was absolutely thrilled and loved them! The delivery was smooth, on time, and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you for helping me make her birthday extra special. To ensure a flawless delivery of your floral design, we follow these steps:
Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you or the recipient on the day of delivery to schedule the best delivery window.
Arrival: Upon delivery, our driver will contact the recipient to meet them at the door.
Building & Gate Access: If the delivery location requires a gate code or special access, our driver will request to meet the recipient at the lobby or entrance.
Unattended Deliveries: We do not leave floral arrangements unattended unless a no-contact delivery is explicitly requested by the customer. Please note that for requested unattended deliveries, we cannot assume responsibility for the arrangement once it has been delivered.
