Substitution Policy
Photos represent the overall style, theme, and color palette of our floral designs. While specific flowers or unique containers may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions, we guarantee the essence and overall feel of your arrangement will be preserved.
Equal or Greater Value: Any necessary substitutions of flowers or containers will always be of equal or higher value.
Special Requests: If specific flowers, colors, or design elements are essential to your order, please note them in the "Florist Instructions" at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability.
To ensure a flawless delivery of your floral design, we follow these steps:
Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you or the recipient on the day of delivery to schedule the best delivery window.
Arrival: Upon delivery, our driver will contact the recipient to meet them at the door.
Building & Gate Access: If the delivery location requires a gate code or special access, our driver will request to meet the recipient at the lobby or entrance.
Unattended Deliveries: We do not leave floral arrangements unattended unless a no-contact delivery is explicitly requested by the customer. Please note that for requested unattended deliveries, we cannot assume responsibility for the arrangement once it has been delivered.
